Sharon has a vast array of experience with providing services to individuals from all demographics of need. Her specialty is in the area of children, youth and families.
Sharon’s role is to equip the leadership and to drive the vision and mission of Touching Hearts Family Services through our various programs.

Sylvia Bouw
Executive Program Manager
Sylvia, as Executive Program Manager, has years of experience working with Individuals in care of all ages. She has a strong, leadership skill set that inspires her staff and colleagues.Sylvia’s main role is to equip the senior workers and support teams with all of the needed resources while ensuring that all of the supported residential homes and programming are inline with the standards of care provided to us by the funding agencies of Touching Hearts Family Services.
